My a/c went out abruptly in late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I called Astro Air because they were offering a discount coupon and their reviews were positive. I spoke to Daren who explained the possible causes and he also offered a possible solution saying he would call back in the morning to see if I still needed an appointment. It did not work.
